Nate Thomas
AI product manager at Momentus Technologies, based in Toronto
I'm the PM behind Ask Momentus, the company's flagship AI product, and I lead our AI platform work: the agent framework and the evals that other teams now build on.
Before that I shipped platform and AI products at Pendo and Cvent, including an LLM agent back when you still had to explain what an LLM was. Outside of work I build my own things, because it's the only way I actually learn.
- Launched an evals platform at Momentus and took Ask Momentus answer accuracy from under 20% to 80%
- Relaunched Ask Momentus end to end and doubled its NPS
- Shipped multi-IdP SSO at Pendo that unlocked $10M+ ARR in Fortune 500 accounts
- Led the 0-to-1 for an LLM onboarding agent at Cvent in 2022, now live with thousands of customers
Work
Momentus Technologies AI Product Manager
2026–nowI own Ask Momentus. I led its full relaunch (+10% adoption, NPS doubled) and turned a single chatbot into an agent-building framework that other product teams ship on.
I also wrote the evals strategy the company uses to decide whether an AI feature is actually good, then launched the evals platform to run it on, built on Langfuse. With it we took Ask Momentus answer accuracy from under 20% to 80%.
Beyond Ask Momentus, I led a performance program on Momentus Enterprise, a product with several million dollars in ARR, that cut load times by over 50%. I also lead how the org learns AI tools and new ways of building with them.
Pendo PM, Platform & Enterprise
2025–26Enterprise deals kept stalling on identity. I dug in with customers, found the blocker, multi-IdP SSO, made the case to leadership, and shipped federation for Okta, ADFS, and AzureAD, unlocking $10M+ ARR in Fortune 500 accounts. I also led platform-wide internationalization (+10% win rates in Japan, Germany, and LatAm) and shipped an enterprise console that cut setup time by 40%.
Cvent Associate Product Manager
2022–24Led the 0-to-1 for an LLM onboarding agent in 2022; it's live with thousands of customers (+5 CSAT). Recovered $500k+ ARR by catching buyer-user misalignment in SQL cohorts, and drove +25% feature adoption by A/B testing six core product events.
Earlier: founding Sales Ops hire at Socotra. HBA and English, Ivey Business School, Western University.

My startup. An agent that audits a company's Google Workspace, finds the SaaS seats nobody uses, and handles cleanup in Slack. The audit is free; I charge 20% of verified savings, so I only make money when I save someone money.

I play tennis in Toronto, which mostly means fighting for courts. So I mapped every public one from the city's open data, with lights, distance, and court count, and added a heuristic that guesses how busy a park will be before you bike over.
